Ensure your insole is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils. Wipe with alcohol if needed and allow to dry completely.

Position Film

Peel off the backing and carefully position the film on the ball-of-foot area of your insole where grip is most needed.

Press & Set

Press firmly for 30 seconds, applying even pressure across the entire film. Wait 2 hours before wearing for optimal adhesion.
