Technological Breakthrough
The domestic stretch cap combines seamless sweatband technology with a biomimetic folded brim design to deliver enhanced comfort and performance. Thanks to 3D gradient knitting, contact pressure is reduced by 63%, while sweat-wicking speed increases up to 0.08ml/s.
Industrial upgrading
Leveraging the cap manufacturing cluster in Shipai Town, Dongguan, Chinese hat brands are transitioning from OEM production to brand creation, driving the shift from "Made in China" to "Smart Made in China" through technological innovation.
